កម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែងជជែកដេញដោលបៃតង (Green Debate Competition) គឺជាកម្មវិធីដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យមានការជជែកពិភាក្សាទៅលើបញ្ហាបរិស្ថាននាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយចីរភាពក្នុងចំណោមនិស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ និងបរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃបណ្តាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងយុគសម័យបដិវត្តន៍ឧស្សាហកម្ម៤.០ ដែលសង្គមត្រូវបានជំរុញដោយបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI)។ ការប្រកួតប្រជែងនឹងធ្វើការជម្រុះ ៣​ ជុំ៖ ការជម្រុះវគ្គទី១ ការជម្រុះវគ្គទី២ និងការជម្រុះផ្ដាច់ព្រ័ត្រ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរ កម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែងនេះធ្វើឡើងនៅក្រោមគម្រោង GREENCAP ដែលមានដៃគូជាមួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអឺរ៉ុប។

និស្សិតដែលចូលរួមមានចំនួន ២៥​ ក្រុម ដែលមកពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យចំនួន ៤ គឺ៖
• វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា (ITC) មាននិស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រចំនួន ៤ ក្រុម និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ចំនួន ២ ក្រុម
• សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបង (NUBB) មាននិស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រចំនួន ៨ ក្រុម និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ចំនួន ២ ក្រុម
• សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង (NUM) មាននិស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រចំនួន ២ ក្រុម និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ចំនួន ១ ក្រុម
• សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច (RULE) មាននិស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រចំនួន ៤ ក្រុម និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ចំនួន ២ ក្រុម

នាថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី១៨ ខែធ្នូនេះ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនីមួយៗនឹងធ្វើការប្រកួតជម្រុះវគ្គទី ១ និងជ្រើសរើសនិស្សិតឆ្មើមចំនួន ២ ក្រុម (ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ១ ក្រុម និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ ១ ក្រុម) តំណាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ដើម្បីចូលរួមការប្រកួតជម្រុះវគ្គទី ២ ដែលជាវគ្គប្រកួតប្រជែងរវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ៕

The Green Debate Competition is a program designed to encourage discussion on current environmental issues and sustainable economic development among undergraduate and graduate students in Cambodia, especially in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, where society was driven by technology and artificial intelligence (AI). The competition consists of three rounds: the first round, the second round (or semi-final round) and the final round. It should also be noted that this competition is organized under the GREENCAP project in partnership with European universities.

There are 25 groups come from 4 participating universities:

• 4 groups of bachelor students and 2 groups of graduate students come from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC);
• 8 groups of bachelor and 2 groups of graduates students from National University of Battambang (NUBB);
• 2 groups of bachelor and 1 group of graduate students from National University of Management (NUM);
• 4 groups of undergraduate and 2 groups of undergraduate students from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).

This Saturday, 18^th December, each university will organize the first round and select 2 groups of students (1 group of bachelor’s and 1 group of master’s degree) representing the university to participate in the second round, which is a competition between universities.
