Field Officer

Report to : Risk Management and Collection Manager

Department : Risk Management and Collection (RMC)

Workplace : Siem Reap, Sompov Lun, and Battambong Province (Ratanak mondul district , and Koas krolor district)

DUTIES

  • Arrange a contract with the farmers and ensure mutually beneficial conditions that will make the partnership stronger and lasting
  • Go to farmland to monitor farm health and situation during the crop cycle, especially during near the harvest period, and prepare corresponding progress reports
  • Work with the Agronomist team to oversee crop collection plans and programs of crop cycle starting form planting to harvest period, location of crops, size or volume, crop type and other important relevant data and information
  • Prepare and monitor crop collection schedule
  • Work with the Procurement& Logistic team to arrange logistical requirement during the harvest and crop collection period; and manage schedule of transportation during crop collection from the source location to the place of the miller / buyer.
  • Regularly monitor market price and other trading activities that would benefit the company and the farmers.
  • Prepare related reports on a monthly basis and submit to the line manager
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational/Experience Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Agriculture course
  • At least 1 year experience in agriculture sector
  • Special Skills/Abilities Required
  • Good command in English
  • Know how to evaluate crop’s quantity such as paddy, Maize
  • Has experience in a culturally diverse work environment
  • Has excellent communications and negotiate skills
  • Good skills with the Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Sale Assistant

Report to : Sale and Operation Manager

Department : Sale and Operation

DUTIES

  • Accompany and assist the Sale Manager for the meeting
  • Marketing research and create target business, customer and make appointment/conduct visit activities to the target sale areas
  • Report daily to sale and operation managers regarding sale target, sale activities, and any discussion for approaching each target
  • Sale coordination as meeting with related department including government department to resolve any issues and follow any necessary protocol for sale facilitating
  • Comply team’s rule which is set by sale management
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work and stay for long periods in remote area
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from manager time to timeNeed to travel with manager all operation area

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational/Experience Requirement:
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Agri-business or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in sale activities
  • Special Skills/Abilities Required
  • Good command of English communication both speaking and writing.
  • Good command of Computer Literacy MS word, Excel, Power point.
  • Good interpersonal Skill.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skill.
  • Be able to work under pressure and limit timeline.
  • Good Service mind set with positive though.
  • Must be flexible and reliable person.
  • Good attitude with team player spirit

Delivery Officer

Report to : Chief of Staff

Department : CommercialDUTIES

  • Working with transportation service provider to ensure the product is deliverable to the destination and on time
  • Working with relevant department for inventory disbursement to the farmers by following the company’s procedure
  • Ensure the cost-effective way from the service provider
  • Prepare inventory reconciliation report on a weekly, monthly basis.
  • Stock Monitoring and Stock counting to ensure that all inventories are placed in a safe place and all quantities are secured.
  • Willing to stay long periods in the fields and go to every company’s operation area as requested.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from management time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational/Experience Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course, preferably with background in Agriculture Business.
  • At least 1-2 years related experiences
  • Special Skills/Abilities Required
  • Good command of English communication both speaking and writing.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attended various trainings and workshops related to trading, commercial operations, logistics management and other related programs.
  • Has experience in a culturally diverse work environment
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good skills with the Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience using any software application for supply chain management is an advantage.
